The proposed redevelopment includes replacement of two existing houses and subdivision of their respective plots to allow for seven detached new-build houses. The increase in the number of quality homes in this location has been proposed to make more efficient use of the site, while the layouts have been carefully considered to preserve the Arcadian quality of the adjacent Green Belt land and respond to numerous other constraints of the site.
