Extension & Alteration

The project comprises addition of a rear extension and internal reconfiguration around the client's individual needs. The simple, contemporary extension works in contrast to the original house, while replacement windows and doors give the property an updated and harmonised appearance. Taking the opportunity to rectify inherent problems with the relatively new building, heat recovery and ventilation systems were installed retrospectively to improve air quality and energy efficiency.
