The project creates a modern space which contrasts with the traditional outer appearance of the period cottage. Comprehensive renovation works were undertaken to ensure improved sustainability and integrity of the structure for generations to come, while the custom-designed contemporary kitchen with reclaimed Aga, inset solid fuel fire, and exposed polished concrete floor with underfloor heating give the newly open plan kitchen, dining and living area a renewed sense of identity.
