Extending the ground floor of a turn-of-the-century semi-detached villa, this project creates a new open plan kitchen and dining area with improved connectivity to the garden. Full-height feature glazing and large bi-folding doors combine with a discreet roof lantern to ensure the new space is filled with natural light. Sleek anthracite detailing references the slate tiles of the original, while the simple, contemporary design announces the extension as a 21st century addition.
