SDA was approached to oversee the development of a vacant, formerly Council-controlled site with the objective of maximising its functional and economic potential. Located on a major arterial route into Liverpool's city centre, we found the site presented a valuable opportunity for the creation of sustainable rental accommodation comprising a total of 26 new one- and two-bed apartments.
