The design for this contemporary three-storey house responds to the naturally sloping site and exploits stunning views with curtain glazing. Utilising up-to-the-minute materials and construction methods allowed for an efficient build with minimal disruption. Providing full services, SDA led the design process and oversaw planning negotiations to secure approval for this unique and innovative new-build home.
