Comprehensive renovation works were undertaken to rescue a severely dilapidated, previously uninhabitable period property. Internal reconfiguration was proposed to create a new light-filled and generously proportioned interior, and to restore the building's structural integrity for future use. Meanwhile a single-storey extension creates a clear connection to the rear garden and an open plan kitchen and dining space designed for contemporary family living.
