Comprehensive refurbishment works were undertaken to revive a previously neglected and tired-looking semi-detached property. Reconfiguration of the dated and light-deprived interior, and addition of a new single-storey rear extension with extensive glazing, combine to create an open plan and contemporary space filled with natural daylight.
