The redevelopment of this site in Uttoxeter comprises the addition of nine individual new homes. The two housing types are derived out of a thorough understanding of their location, reflecting the local vernacular to maintain a sense of place and give the impression of having been there for some time. Appointed for full architectural services by private developer Heath Croft Homes, the project is currently under construction and due for completion next year.
