The project comprises three bespoke new-build houses built on the site of a former sandstone quarry in West Kirby. The first of these, 'Redcliff', was shortlisted Best Individual New Home in the North West LABC Building Excellence Awards. Each house is a unique take on a unifying theme, incorporating a contrasting external finish with generously proportioned, light-flooded internal spaces throughout.
