This project involved the extension and refurbishment of an Edwardian home in Wirral, transforming the property into a contemporary family living space while preserving its original period character. The design introduced a single-storey rear extension to create a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for modern family life and entertaining.

Additional works included a rear dormer loft extension to increase usable space, bespoke glazing to maximise natural light and the construction of a detached garden studio. Working closely with the interior designer and building contractor helped refine the overall architectural design, successfully combining modern living spaces with the traditional character and features of the Edwardian property.
